By accessing or using InspectForge ("Service"), operated by INSPECT FORGE LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
InspectForge is a cloud-based inspection management software that enables users to create, manage, and share professional inspection reports. The Service includes web and mobile applications, report templates, photo management, and other inspection-related tools.
We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start your trial. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your access to premium features will be restricted.
InspectForge offers the following subscription plans:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel. The following terms apply to auto-renewing subscriptions:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the paid period. For subscriptions purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, cancellation must be managed through your Apple ID Account Settings. For subscriptions purchased through Google Play, cancellation must be managed through Google Play Store settings.
InspectForge sends transactional SMS notifications to registered inspection professionals who use the InspectForge inspection management platform. Message types include: inspection appointment reminders, report completion alerts, schedule change notifications, account verification codes, and pre-inspection agreement signature alerts.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Inspection professionals may opt in to receive SMS notifications from InspectForge in either of the following ways:

By opting in through either method, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from InspectForge (INSPECT FORGE LLC). This program is intended for registered inspection professionals using the InspectForge platform.
Message frequency varies based on your inspection activity. You may receive up to 5 messages per inspection (appointment reminder, report delivery alert, schedule update, agreement signature alert, and account verification). Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging rates apply to all text messages sent and received. InspectForge does not charge any additional fees for SMS notifications.

You can opt out of text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message from InspectForge (+1 (260) 345-5575). You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To re-enroll, text START to +1 (260) 345-5575. Our SMS program is supported by all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your phone number and SMS consent status are collected and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data and phone numbers collected for this SMS program are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or lead generators for any purpose. Your information is shared only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested.
You agree NOT to:
You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including inspection reports, photos, and notes ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your User Content.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and transmit your User Content solely to provide the Service to you. We will not share your User Content with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law.
While we perform regular backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any loss or corruption of User Content.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding User Content), is owned by InspectForge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to:
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INSPECTFORGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless InspectForge, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without notice, for:
Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service. Your User Content is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can request an export, consistent with our Data Protection & GDPR policy, after which it may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof. Other than as set forth in this section, these Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
Google LLC and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms of Service with respect to subscriptions purchased through Google Play. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where InspectForge is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
