After years working in engineering, project environments, and alongside field professionals, I kept seeing the same problem over and over: powerful industries running on outdated, clunky, or disconnected tools. Whether it was inspections, reporting, or client communication, the software just didn't keep up with the people actually doing the work.

So I decided to fix it.

My background is in engineering, data systems, and building solutions that actually work in real-world environments. I've worked with:

  • Field-driven processes that need to be both accurate and fast

That combination led directly to InspectForge — software built not just from theory, but from real operational experience.

Co-Founder

Paul Wicker is a serial entrepreneur, certified home inspector, and public safety leader based in Steuben County, Indiana. As the owner of AP Inspections LLC, Paul helps homebuyers and sellers make informed decisions with thorough, honest property inspections.

He is also the Deputy Director of Emergency Management for Steuben County, bringing decades of crisis response experience to his community. Paul retired from the fire service after 27 years of dedicated service — a career that shaped his commitment to protecting others.

That breadth of hands-on skills gives Paul a uniquely practical eye during inspections — he doesn't just look at a property, he understands how it was built.

When he's not working or volunteering, Paul is hunting, spending time with family, or cranking up his favorite 80s music. For Paul, it's always about helping people — on the job and off.
