How does the intro rate and 2-year price lock work?
Your first 12 months are billed at the exclusive member rate ($25/$35/$49/mo depending on your plan). After 12 months, pricing moves to standard rates ($39.99/$69.99/$99.99/mo) — but those standard rates are then locked for 2 full years of continuous subscription. If our public pricing increases, yours won't. If you cancel and re-subscribe later, you'll get whatever pricing is current at that time.
How do I get early access to new features?
InterNACHI members are automatically enrolled in our early access program. When FLIR thermal integration, Leica DISTO, and Scan to Plan are ready for testing, you'll be the first to get them — typically 2-3 months before general availability. We'll notify you by email when each feature is ready.
Do I need to prove my InterNACHI membership?
No. Just start your trial using the buttons on this page — the link carries your member status, so the intro rate and 30-day trial are applied automatically at checkout. During sign-up we'll ask for your InterNACHI member number so we can record it on your account, but it's optional and leaving it blank won't change your pricing.
Can I import my templates from another platform?
Yes. HomeGauge users can upload their .ht5 template file directly, which brings across sections, items, inspector guidance and the whole comment library. From Spectora, HIP, Palm-Tech, InspectIT or anywhere else, upload a CSV export — or just a PDF of a finished report and we will rebuild the template from it.
